If you don't know where to look for this place you will not stumble upon it because it is located out of the way, in the courtyard of the old Abbey. Top notch service, delicious food & wine. Thanks to Google Maps, in Zagreb-Grill I found just the kind of restaurant I was looking for. It was elegant without being snobbish. I don't speak more than a few words of German, so when I got in, they found one of the sons who speaks good English, who helped me out. I was alone, and they put me in a nice table outdoors. There was a warm local vibe. The food was very heavy (meat and cream) but delicious. I'd never had Croatian food, so the waiter gave me his guidance. I feel really blessed that I happened upon this place (with help from Google).
