It was marinated or "cooked" like ceviche is made point is it's not fried/baked etc and more like sushi consistency with sour cream based salad on top and yummy fried potatoes. I found this place on Yelp and was happy to know it was just a short walk from the hotel we had…read morebooked. It looked like the reviews were good from both tourists and locals alike, so I figured we should check it out. My German half-brother-in-law and I both ordered the Schnitzel, and he actually said it was very well done and one of the best ones he's ever had, which I think says a lot!! My husband got the pork knuckle which was really just way too much food, but he enjoyed it thoroughly. The servers were very kind and helpful, and although we sat outside because the weather was nice and there was no air-conditioning indoors, I got to walk through the restaurant to access the salad bar and was surprised to see how nicely decorated it was inside. I definitely considered coming back for a second day in a row and definitely would have if we had stayed for longer!
