We were here in the winter and they had a 1/4 roasted goose available temporarily so I ordered that. The sauce was a red cabbage sauce that was wonderful. The goose was crispy with savory skin and tender meat. My wife ordered a spinach and cheese quiche. It had crispy edges and layers, similar to a lasagna. It was heavy with the white sauce but also with vegetables. She really enjoyed how cheesy it was but couldn't finish it.

You can certainly see here and online the pictures of the restaurants and bar. That whole area downstairs is really hip and fun. Every time we come in or go down for breakfast there's fun music playing and it just has a good vibe. To add to that, everything we had to eat was really tasty. The veggieburger especially was one of the better ones I've had and the hummus starter was fun as well. I sort of stayed away from the breakfast myself because I'm not a big sweet eater in the morning, but it's really a big breakfast buffet if you're interested. Their rooms were really nice and comfortable. The bed especially was quite soft and I got one of the Hamic rooms which was kind of fun to hang out in from time to time. My only complaint here is that I had one of the road facing rooms so I could hear traffic pretty late into the night and early in the morning.
