Green salad is well-dressed with oil and vinegar. Underneath the bed of greens are the very typical Frankonian pickled vegetables to complete the salad. I think there were: shredded carrots, cabbage, reddish, and sliced cucumbers. They are very good if you like pickled veggies which I do. Putting them altogether as the dish (e.g., photo), it's a complete hearty Frankonian superb country meal. You just have to trust my word on this...

Their main idea is that the restaurant itself is positioned within a hothouse for plants, with numerous tropical plants growing inside. Overall, they do have an extensive choice of vegetarian dishes - both more or less traditionally German and Asian, which are reasonably well-prepared. The service is fast and the overall concept is fun, so it's an interesting place to try out if you have time and energy for a detour!
