This was a €12,000 watch! The attitude from the owner of this business was appalling, extremely unhelpful and rude. Customer support is non existent. Not once did they apologize or show any remorse. Eventually, I had to go directly to the manufacturer to resolve the issues with the watch which required a full overhaul and polishing. They were great. If you want to purchase anything of value from this company, don't take the risk and buy somewhere else. Not recommended and not to be trusted.

Our tour director gave us some 10% off coupons which kind of enticed us. My husband walked over to a green tennis necklace that he thought I might like. I do like green, but I chose the blue one to match a dress for my son's wedding. Then I had to get some matching earrings. The service was great at this Innsbruck, Austria store. Unlike the horrible service at their Glendale, California store.

In 2017 and 2018, I purchased several products from this store. I have the following remarks…read moreregarding these jewelry items: * Coral earrings - in short time the coral detached from one of the earrings and had to be reattached. * Lapis lazuli necklace - one of the beads is chipped. * Sapphire earring - I lost the one earring, the fastening was not secure enough, and the earring came loose. All of the above concerns regarding the products sold in this shop are of a technical nature. However, the aquamarine earrings, were only worn starting in the summer of 2024, i.e., last year. Within two months, the stones lost their characteristic aquamarine color, with one even turning brown. In this regard, I still keep a receipt, on which the sales assistant even confirmed in writing that the stones were natural, i.e., genuine and not synthetic aquamarine. Additionally, the remaining stone in the sapphire earring has lost its deep blue color and has turned white or nearly transparent. Do you still insist that the stones in your jewelry are genuine ones?

This was back in July when i first took the watch there, a few weeks later i picked the watch up to find that they had snapped the small second had off and it was left rattling around in the watch case (easily visible) I explained that I was extremely annoyed that they had damaged the 60 year old watch. They said they would repair it free of charge (like they were doing me a favour) and said it would be ready the following week. I returned the following week to find that they had replaced the hand with one that was completely different, I questioned why they had done this as i stated I wanted the watch how I originally gave it to them, the lady then said 'what do you expect, its a 1950's watch, of course we cant get the same hand). I had to return at a later date and speak to the owner, he said that he needs to send it to Omega.....weeks later it finally arrived back, the new arm is the same but doesn't have the matching patina of the old one and the second and hour hands so it still not 100% satisfied. All this took from July to October and they refused on many occasions to offer any form of refund for the quoted 10 days repair time frame and €100 bill. Avoid this shop at all costs, the service is absolutely horrendous, the customer service is non-existent and their quoted time frames are an absolute joke!
