Poor quality watches. Atrocious service. Avoid avoid avoid.
My wife bought me a watch from here. It quickly fell apart with the winder coming off. I tried to find out if I could return the watch by post but they would only accept the watch in person at the Schipol airport store. On my next trip (I'm not a frequent traveller) I delivered the watch to be assessed. I was told that if the watch was repaired I would then have to collect it again from the airport - it was not possible to send the watch back to me in the UK.
It took 6 weeks for the watch to be assessed, and the quote for repairs (new battery, "partial revision") was essentially the same cost as a new watch (not including my cost in going to get it from Schipol).
Not surprsingly I'm not going for the repair. If anyone from Gassan is reading this, the reference is 71646. read more
