We hired Flamingo Landscaping to remove the concrete patio and install 2100 sq. ft. of pavers…read morearound our pool. The first day Garrett stated "I think I took on more than I can handle". That was not a good sign. As work began we noticed he was struggling with how to approach the removal of concrete around the pool. My husband, having many years of construction experience, tried to give him advice only to be told he was holding him up. He was very rude and disrespectful making for a long and trying 5 weeks. I cannot recommend him based on the fact that he is still learning, he was rude and disrespectful and did not provide what was agreed upon. He provided what was easier for him. So if you are willing to accept his final project he is the contractor for you. Also, there will be extras added on to the final price and he is unwilling to discuss these extra costs and demands the money be paid within days of providing an invoice. We were told if he didn't receive the money within days he would take us to court and we would be charged late fees. He stated he has won in court in the past so I guess this is the way he does business, bullying by taking or threatening to take you to court. BEWARE!!!!
