Not only was it clean, but the townspeople and laundry staff were very friendly. It seemed reasonably priced when comparing it to other places I've been to. Other customers occasionally had some problems with a few of the machines, but the staff or owner remedied the problems quickly. They even have a wash/dry/fold service if you don't want to do it yourself. Overall, not only did I leave with clean clothes but I enjoyed my time there.

The windshield had a nick not visible on photos. They didn't bother to detail the car. Fees that were agreed to be waived were not waived. Service records that were requested were not provided. My husband and I are both professionals and it was highly disappointing to not be met with a level of respect and honesty to which we are accustomed. Instead, this was the classic greasy used car salesman cliche. It's unfortunate that so much time, energy and money was wasted to pick up a vehicle that was not as advertised. We do not purchase the vehicle and we would not work with them ever again.
