Simply amazing. That aside this is a nice gas station. It is clean, well stocked and well staffed. The people that work here are friendly and recently a nice young behind the counter man talked me out of buying cigarettes. They also sell beer, at a slightly higher price of course but not too unreasonable. I am fairly sure there is a breakfast/lunch restaurant? inside but honestly I have never been here early enough to see it in action. Also they do not carry jalapeno combos, a major negative for me.

For the past couple of months, I have been unable to use my BP loyalty ID at the pump to earn points or receive my Prime member discount. The pump simply does not allow me to apply my loyalty information. I've also tried using the Earnify app as a workaround, which previously worked, but that option is now blocked at this location as well. I spoke with the cashier about the issue, but they were unable to assist or provide a solution. I also submitted a complaint directly through BP's website, but after some initial communication, the issue has essentially gone stagnant with no resolution. I understand that technical issues happen, but when a station prevents customers from using advertised loyalty benefits for months and neither the employees nor BP customer support can resolve the issue, it becomes extremely frustrating. I'm not expecting special treatment--I simply want to be able to use the rewards and discounts that I'm eligible for when purchasing gas here. Hopefully someone from BP or management sees this and actually looks into why loyalty IDs and Earnify are being blocked at this particular location.

I'm a fuel rewards member, received the membership and card at this location. Attempted to use my…read morereward points that are linked to my debt card at this station. The first time it didn't automatically use my rewards, which is the sole purpose of linking the rewards to a debit or credit card. The customer service department at the fuel rewards card fixed that issue. And told me, this issue shouldn't happen again and if it does. Go into the store and the managers can fix it immediately and apply them to your purchase. This morning it happened again, as advised by CS. I go in to have the manager apply my rewards. The manager or supervisor that didn't identify herself in any way. So she could be just staff. Process to tell me, you have to activate the card. So I told her the story a second time. Which clearly says the card is active. And that I was instructed to come in if my rewards aren't automatically applied to my purchase from the card. So She says, "did you enter the card or the number?" I asked her if she knew how the linked credit cards worked and if she knew what the word "automatically" meant. She told me I can't help you if you don't enter the card or the number. Here's a word of advise to the Circle K leadership. Train your front line managers, and staff on how the fuel rewards work. Train them on how to resolve issues and to go above and beyond for service recovery efforts. I actually pass a BP gas station to frequent this store. However, that stops now.

We only started going here because of a promotion they were running to try out for free a bunch of their food and drinks. I have NEVER eaten gas station food before but this changed my mind. The pizza and hot dogs are fresh and tasty. They have a huge selection of slushees that my kids love. And their donuts are brought in fresh daily and are good but pricey. Definitely make this place your go to gas station!

Don't cry for me, Argentina. This is basically my dream evening. Alone doesn't mean lonely for this little lady. I've got my opinions to keep me warm. Hashtag Favorite Valentines. After sitting in mind-numbing traffic for a 3-hour drive from the north shore, I started to get the 4th meal hunger pangs, but was dreading the thought of going out to eat on Valentine's Day and having to look at people who weren't stars of the show 'Oz', my current obsession, if yo haven't figured that out already. I decided to utilize the #3 speed dial on my phone and put in a take-out order at Downers Grove's Thai Cafe... only everyone else in the area had those same plans so instead of my order taking the typical 15 minutes, it was going to take 35. My plan was to wait it out in the strip mall parking lot and go in when could see my order come up through the window so I would have to talk to as few people as possible, but then I saw Downtown Food Mart just a storefront away in the same strip, and decided I'd spend my time in the rather dicey looking convenience mart in hopes of them having Takis, my favorite snack/breakfast, lunch, dinner food. I go in, and think, 'erm, this place is kinda set up like a crap hole.' Empty displays, weird non-stacking of 89 cent cat food cans that for whatever reason made my blood boil, and no Takis in the snack and chip aisle. What the hell? This place is NOT for anyone with a hint of OCD. I still had a good 15 minutes before my bulk Thai food order would be ready, so I decided to continue to peruse every aisle, and the more I looked, the more I liked. They had a pretty good selection of wine. It's over-priced, obvi, but pretty much all the wines are discount wines anyone so still nothing that'll break your bank. I was super pissed about the non-presence of Takis until I got to the marquee, front and center stand by the register that was chock full of Takis. Like, 4 different kinds, and all were super cheap at $1.39, compared to the $2.49 I'd pay at other grocery stores. Bada bing! I'm checking out and the guy behind the counter doesn't mention anything about the stupid non-holiday that's occurring, which I greatly appreciate, and instead asks if I like spicy stuff. Well, heck yes! I live for spicy! And then he proceeds to give me his spicy food recommendations and we swap ghost pepper stories for the next 5 minutes and part by exchanging names. His name is Raj. Raj is awesome. I will be back to purchase more Takis (possibly also overpriced wine and cat food if the hour is right) from Raj.
