Just green chili goodness! This little Jem of a food trailer was sitting rather lonely and forlorn along the main drag in Kemmerer. I took a risk and was rewarded with one of the best (bar none) pork Chile verde burritos I've had in a long, long time. Full of pork in a long simmered stew of green chilies, my burrito was unadulterated with any rice, beans, or cheese....just green chili goodness. Wifey enjoyed her large carnitas taco which sh enjoyed immensely. A customer behind me said she was surprised there was no big line as all the City employees eat here. We're in Riverton, WY, for the next two weeks and are so glad we found this awesome food truck. We ordered 1 each of their tacos - pork, beef, and chicken each with green sauce on a homemade tortilla, topped with cream and cheese. Everything was fresh and beautifully prepared and the tacos were literally stuffed full of tasty goodness. We're definitely looking forward to visiting this food truck again before we leave the area. read more
