Most people don't think of Yelp as a place to find anything other than a restaurant nearby but can assure you it's much more. If a professional service business has good reviews it's because they did an amazing job so I can assure you to trust those reviews. Their website has a contact form which allows you to submit your request/concern after hours to have someone follow up and walk you through next steps. I was contacted by Jan who had been trying to reach me for over a week (due to me transposing a number for my cell phone) and she was so amazing at providing an overview of how the practice works and what to expect. She has a calming and empathetic way of handling clients and is a great Segway into what to expect after. Jan set an appointment with Matt about a week out who specializes in HOA issues (and had great reviews and feedback on the internet) so I was excited to get some expert feedback on what I should do. Matt called me on the dot for our scheduled appointment and immediately had a way of making me feel at ease -meaning I wasn't worried he was a shady attorney who will tell you anything to get you to put down a retainer. In fact, he did the opposite. He took the time to walk through each of my concerns, provided info on what I need to have on hand to build a case if I wanted, and also was able to reference Colorado laws. He also is the type to admit he might not be the expert in a certain field but could definitely find you one who was. Such an admirable trait to feel you weren't getting catfished :) Anyhow long story short, Matt took more time than allotted to answer my questions and make sure I had everything I needed to decide if I wanted to move forward with a case. He isn't pushy and felt like I was talking to a good friend who offered advice as the SME. Although I'm not sure what I'm doing with my case yet he provided me with more than enough info to help me understand how I can make a decision! I would highly recommend these guys if ever in need of a real estate matter and especially one that involves an HOA! They also do more but that is the reason I reached out! Thanks guys for taking the time to provide and arm me with your knowledge of expertise! While no one ever wants to seek out an attorney these guys are ones you would want to promote to all your friends and family! Thanks again!

Pete was able to write a letter of demand and contact the opposing counsel with very quick resolution to a complicated problem. He was very professional and articulate. And more importantly he was diplomatically aggressive with the opposing attorney which set a firm boundary but also clearly established a positive report of respect. Peter earned my trust and respect did it very fairly. Subsequent to this experience, I recently entrusted Mr. Simon with another more sensitive issue involving child support and visitation agreements with my ex. He was able to negotiate a very reasonable compromise where I feel like everyone is a winner and my child is not placed in a situation where his parents are at odds as a result of unnecessary conflict. It is for this reason that I wanted to write a positive review for a great attorney and someone I now consider a friend. I hope I won't need any more legal help, but if I do I will be going to see this magnificent attorney and person. I recommend him highly and without reservation!
