The man, assuming his name is Gary, he came to pick me and my wife up from a Cabin we in for a weekend coming from Louisville. He was really nice over the phone but when he came to pick us up he started acting weird towards my wife. Mind you, my wife is a black woman and I am Caucasian. I was in the car when he started towing it, his assistant standing by the car. When my wife went to get in the car with me, he waited for her to walk around the car and stick her hand out to touch the car to speed off, potentially risking her injury. He started driving off down the hill without her and claimed not to see her, which we all know he did. The man showed up in a F150 pick up truck with a TRUMP sticker on the back of it, very unprofessional. so we knew for sure the man was racist. after all of that he charged us $350 to pull my car 15 feet. Highway robbery at it's finest ! My granddaughter's vehicle left the road & went into the ditch near the base of Furnace mountain early Sunday morning. We went to pick it up, they met us at Slade before 3pm Monday, saying the truck never went to their lot in Zoe,KY. How can they charge 2 days storage ? The mechanic/driver was having trouble unloading her vehicle because of how the chains were hooked. He told us that her vehicle was never unloaded from the truck. They charged her $500 ! what a birthday gift ! We have the receipts & few photos, the ball is in their court for a few days. read more

I'd give it a zero if I could! My granddaughter had her car stuck-she was in a ditch )she swerved to avoid an animal). The police called this wrecker service, even though she told them she had this with her insurance. They wouldn't take her insursnce and told her it would be around $400. The tow was a couple of miles to their facility. They then wouldn't release her car, telling her they had to figure the fee. It was a Friday and she called them five time-the person she talked to kept telling her they needed to check with someone else for the total This went on all day! At 4,30. She told them she needed an answer so She could bring the money and pick up her car! My husband was sending her the money, he needed to know how much she needed. She called back after not hearing from them and they were closed until Monday! Instead of the originally mentioned $400, which was ridiculous to begin with, they charged her $700! This seems to me to be a scam and a way to take advantage of a young college student. I'd avoid this place. read more

***WORST EXPERIENCE EVER*** We own a shed hauling company. We were down in the area and got stuck due to a wrong turn. (Our fault) We got ahold of Gary late at night and he said he would come first this in the morning. We slept in the truck and he came the next morning. He used his dozer, trailer, and dump truck to help us out. We pulled us out without damage. We follow him back to the office and he CHARGED $2,500 for a little over 4hrs of labor. INSANE! Over $600/hour. We agreed to pay (because we are honest) but didn't have a check or credit card with us. He furthermore detained us until we paid him ON SITE IMMEDIATELY. I called the cops, my attorney, etc... I have dealt with multiple wrecker companies and they have always sent me a bill and then we send them a check. GARY IS A CROOK! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! BE CAREFUL AROUND THIS COMPANY. The workers are lazy and don't know how to do their job, calling themselves "mechanics". They sure did take their sweet time and what could be done in an hour, took them all day (even suggested for us to stay the night so they can finish in the morning). They ended up not fixing anything, we fixed what we could to get back on the road... we had to redo and fix everything again after them. They OVERCHARGED us as well!! told us one price but then when it came time to pay, it was something completely different!!! read more

This is worse tow comp. don't use them. They tow my truck and they still the drive shaft for the truck so you can buy new. I call them and she pick up the phone and she told that the driver put back off the truck but there was no drive shaft back off the truck not even the drive shaft strap and bolts either. read more
