It takes nearly an act of god (our general contractor withholding payment for other houses) before the idiot comes over and does a half-assed job. Result: Took 4 days for roofer to get to our house and put SILICONE on our roof. He thought that did it. Not acceptable. Part II: required him to come back, as he said he would in the spring. He didn't come back until nearly winter. Then, he left his rag on the roof, and there is still a HOLE in the roof. No response from McPeak. The saga continues . . .
