I had to bring it in 4 times to get nuts and cables readjusted and tightened. The brackets holding the entire top down came loose on an out of state road trip. Could have been catrastrophic. It is as if it was the first time H&H had ever installed a camper top. Of course every nut will come loose if they dont use lock washers or glue. They ultimately never fixed it correctly. It remains off center and a little crooked. Another nut came loose the other day so the opener won't work. Sales guy was nice but manager is a total jerk. Tells me "its off by millimeters". Thats just obnoxious. Why go metric to make it sounds like it is minor? It is crooked by a least half an inch and very noticeable. Weak ARE product, and very pathetic service that wouldn't stand behind it. This is a JV operation- go anywhere else!

You get what you pay for…read more After acquiring a home with a pool I did my research on Pool Maintenance Companies in town. Alabama Pool Services ended up winning my business because 1) they are locally owned and 2) they were the cheapest in town. While they are very nice to talk to most of the time I had a number of challenges and the cheap cost proved out in service. And maybe I'm lazy but the fact that the ONLY payment they will take is to mail them a check every month is annoying. There is only one person in the whole company that can tell you anything about a pool, even basic stuff. That person is the owner and he's rarely available or returns calls timely. If you have a schedule where you can call everyday at 7:30 am then eventually you can reach him and he'll tell you all you want to know but it's a frustrating customer service model to say the least. I paid for weekly service. A number of times I noticed that the pool was not very clean or I had to clean out the skimmers myself soon after my service day. It was hard to tell some weeks because they would come on Thursday and then Monday the next week. Never consistently. One day I was home and observed the pool guy from the window. He checked the chemical levels, cleaned one skimmer (dumping it out in the flower bed by the window), grabbed some of the bigger leaf piles with the net and then left. Tons of leaves still floating on the surface and one of my skimmers completely FULL. Not to mention didn't do any of the other things on the list of services I purchased. I called the company immediately and took some pictures. While the front desk attendant told me they had other complaints on the same guy, days later when I was able to reach the owner, he was prepared to defend his pool boy to the end. Didn't need pictures and didn't offer to send anybody out to clean it. He actually told me "he knew you were watching him so he wouldn't have skipped out." Chemicals seemed to always be ok but there were some various things like some yellow staining that I asked about and was told they could send somebody out at $110/hour to scrub it. Flash forward to 4 months with my new pool service company.. I pay $60 a month more. The pool is 110% cleaner and clearer every week. They come at the same time weekly and bring a bag with them and all the debris they collect ends up in my trash (not in my flowers). They resolved the yellow stain in one visit at no cost because they knew exactly what caused it and how to treat it. The pool guy spends more than 40 minutes at my house weekly making sure everything is perfect. Has even changed out parts on my polaris and other items for just the cost of the parts. The owner, manager and pool guy are all extremely knowledgeable, all have cell phones and will respond quickly. And amazingly, in the spirit of 2016, they auto debit my account for service monthly. I won't advertise for another company on somebody else's review but I would encourage people looking for service to not just concentrate on the cost.

I called several places in the area, none of which returned my phone calls, and some never even answered their phones or had messaging services. When I called Changing Spaces, I was connected with Brett who was able to thoroughly answer every question, give me a quick and accurate quote for the job. Follow up is a huge deciding factor when looking for service providers. Brett made several points of contact for follow up: to make sue I received the quote via email, again to check and see if there were any further questions and if I needed additional assistance and to schedule the move, and then to stay in touch regarding arrival times on both ends of the move. I had already returned home when they packed up from Orange Beach, but I was pleasantly surprised to see two young, clean-cut men at my front door. I believe the other man's name was Andre (but my memory is failing me). I have never in my life met two more polite and progressional young men! Kind and playful to my children, paid careful attention to detail and care of my furniture, and patient with me as I had them move things around several times. Bravo to Changing Spaces for employing those who represent their company so well!
