This university has very well designed sports center and facilities, hence is known for sports events and often hosting or rented out to other sports facilitators. Clean and well maintained campus, friendly staff, tuition is on the reasonable end. Local low key vibe throughout. Definitely recommend by @WineDinenVacay

I spent 4 years going up and down hills every day here in Morgantown. If you're looking for a great workout in between classes, you've come to the right spot. WVU offers a wide variety of career options, from Forensic Science, to Zoology, to Economics and Communications. They have an amazing campus that caters to all interests. I personally started out as a Forensic Science pre-major, switched over to Psychology, and eventually double-majored in Sociology. It can be done! I always told my friends that it seems very easy to get into WVU, but hard to stay in. It is a very large school (serving over 30,000 students), and has been known to be a huge "party school." I could write an insanely large review, but won't because it's not about me reminiscing, it's about me sharing what I loved about this university. WVU offers great study abroad programs, professors who are invested in student's success, and a gorgeous campus in the hills of West Virginia. The town itself has expanded to accommodate the large amount people. Is it a random place to go to school? For some, absolutely. But I have no regrets. I'm a Mountaineer for life.

I was here for a white coat ceremony and fell in love with all of the ponds, streams, and lakes that dot the campus. They have charming little red bridges, cherry blossom trees, happy forsythia bushes, and weeping willows which makes spring an absolute spectacular time to walk around. Although the school is small, it was evident that the staff was committed to the personal wellbeing and success of every student. The camaraderie in the room was absolutely electric and every student got a white coat cookie with their name on it. How's that for personalization? There's tons of wineries and cute small town restaurants near by as well. I really enjoyed my visit!

By far Ross Medical Education Center Morgantown, WV campus surpassed all my other educational experiences. I am now a RMA and I am a ful time employee in a medical practice. The campus has a superior staff of well round and highly experienced, well rounded individuals that add personal interest into each students succes. If I could recommend this program and this particular campus to anyone interested I would and I DO.

This school tour/orientation BLEW our socks off! Easily went to the #1 spot for her and us. From the attendant at the parking garage to their awesome grounds, everything was fantastic. The inbrief was very well orchestrated. You could tell a lot of time and effort went into making sure we understood what the school stands for and how proud each of them are of being DUKE! The campus is breathtaking enriched in history. Our ambassador Matt Rowe (tour guide) was top notch! He's right with 22,000 students this big school, definitely has a small school vibe. Great job JMU!

I…read moregraduated from this fine university in 1983 and have appreciated my education every day since then. EMU is a private liberal arts university. Per the school's website their mission is to prepare students to serve and lead in a global context. "Our community of learning integrates Christian faith, academic rigor, artistic creation and reflective practice informed by the liberal arts, interdisciplinary engagement, and cross-cultural encounter." A couple weeks ago I was blessed to witness my nephew graduate here. It was a cold and windy Sunday but the campus was still beautiful and commencement was held under a huge tent with multiple HD screens and speakers so everyone had a good seat. The experience went smoothly, it was well planned and organized every step of the way. Even the parking was easy. I was able to catch up with some friends I hadn't seen in many years so that was a big bonus. The university offers undergraduate, graduate, and seminary degrees to students of diverse religious and cultural backgrounds. Anyone is welcome.

However, the students are not kind at all. I went to SFU for the 2023 fall semester and half of the 2024 Spring semester (I had to leave due to personal reasons). If you aren't overly religious, super conservative, a part of athletics (not esports, though, because you will get harassed for being on the esports team), or a part of Greek life, you will be treated horribly by most of the student body. I am 23 years old with a son, and many people thought I was trash for being at the university--especially two girls who were the president of the Pro-life club on campus.
