Great customer service team, helpful and pleasant. Felt let down by very poor printing. The printer was unable to keep the colour consistency over 4 t-shirts. They were printed DTG (which is supposed to be ideal for small runs). I would suggest a small being one, then you don't have another to compare it to. The customer service team got a replacement printed for me, unfortunately this was worse than the one it was replacing. Nice bunch, poor printing. Personally I've put it down to a bad experience. Cannot reccommended and would not use again. read more

It all started in the late 1990's when we ran our own fashion brands. We needed High Quality printing on High Quality clothing and merchandise. We sold in boutique designer fashion stores around the UK at some of the most prestigious areas. On Bond Street, Portobello Road and Newburgh Street in London for example. Our limited edition female fashion range sold within Top Shop and Oxford Street. It was apparent that the need to create high end printed products and clothing, of both small and large volume, was of paramount importance. As time went by, clearly impressed by our high quality printing results, friends and other businesses began asking if we could assist with their printing needs. We started printing for Bands, other Fashion Labels, Stags and Hens, Clubs and Bars...and then one day...after an enormous print job for the Conservative Party Conference, we were born... With over ten years printing experience, we understand our clients' needs 100%.

Order 5 embroidered polo shirts. Came a day after the deadline despite 2 weeks notice. Embroidery was a bit disappointing as we wanted a gradual fading of blue from light to dark. Other companies gave cheaper quotes but admitted they could only do it using 2 colours and oversewing to achieve a gradual change of colour. Garment printing accepted the challenge without provisos but ended up using only 2 colours and oversewing the borders to get a change of tone but without any change of tone to the main lettering. I must say on this basis alone I feel a bit conned. read more
