Hands down the best place to get a registration renewal or title services in the county. I may never go to the actual DMV again. Andrea and Lisa were super helpful and tended to needs that I didnt know I had. Great place here. read more

total scammers, unprofessional Jose started cussing at me and told me to and I quote "get the fu k out " just go to the DMV and save yourself the $80 because they said they could help me and ended up charging me just to print me out a receipt that I didn't need and promised me something that was completely false about my vehicle registration and at the end of the day still had to go to the papers properly done by the DMV the next morning. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL! They sent me to make a full out of myself when I went to try to get my car out of the tow yard because they sent me with a moving permit that wasn't official And not properly filled out by their employees and a receipt telling me that I could get my car back with those forms and even gave me a card to tell the tow truck drivers that Jose sent me and they would "take care of me." read more

Super friendly service! I needed to register my vehicle that was purchased out of the country and didn't want to deal with the DMV directly. They took care of everything and I had the plates 2 days later. I would definitely do business with again. The small fee was well worth saving time standing in line at a DMV. read more

Virtually instant service. When you are greeted warmly and then asked if you want a water or chocolate, you know it's going to be good. In and out in under five minutes. Highly recommended! read more

Picked up a "new to me" BMW. I've used his services in the past without issue and he's the guy I know to go to. Not exaggerating but I was in and out with registration in about 15 minutes time. It's no frills, car registration. This is where I'll continue to go to when I need registration. The experience has been flawless both times and I see no need to go anywhere else. Excellent service! read more

Garibay Auto Registration - Registration Services Near Me - Chula Vista, California

A little late providing this feedback...two weeks ago I had to get my car smog checked in order to complete my annual registration. Due to COVID-19 the option of scheduling and appointment and physically going into a DMV office was not feasible. That said, I went to Garibay Auto Registration and right next door was TJ Smog, and I have to say I was amazed on how quickly I was able to get my car smog checked and have my registration paid in less than 20 minutes! Both Garibay Auto Registration and TJ Smog took care of what I needed in record time! I will refer all of my friends and family to both companies to take care of their smog and auto registration needs! The service and efficiency by both companies, in my opinion, are bar none THE BEST I've ever worked with! Thank you Garibay Auto Reg and your partner TJ Smog for taking care of me! read more

My ex-husband got us into a real mess with a truck, and we never received title and registration, even though we paid for it... Over the course of three years, we have been unable to receive that same title and registration until I walked into Jose's office last week!!! In one day, Jose Garibay was able to give me a roadmap of what was needed, who exactly to contact and what to get done, and once I got all of the necessary items, I scheduled a time to meet with him. LITERALLY within 15 minutes, I had my registration in my hand, and title getting ready to be sent to my address! This man is a true miracle worker, and took 3 1/2 years of stress off of my shoulders! If I could give him infinity, stars, I would! read more

I went to Garibay Auto Registration on 7/24/23 because this business was referred by my bank. From the moment I walked inside, Jose was very accommodating. He took care of my motorcycle registration that I bought out of state. He pretty much did all the paperwork - all he needed was my signature. Not only it was a quick process but affordable as well, not to mention I don't have to spend hours in DMV. I received my registration, tags and plate in less than 15 minutes - try doing that at your local DMV! I highly recommend this business for all your DMV needs! Thanks Jose! You the man!!! read more

I had called a couple places before I called Garibay Auto registration. This place was the only place that gave me great customer service over the phone. Once my husband and I got there, the great customer service continued. Once we arrived, we were kindly greeted and helped right away. The whole process took 20 mins. And I'm sorry, I didn't get the lady's name who helped me, but she was so patient and friendly. Would definitely recommend this agency. read more

Went to these bandits for just an odometer disclosure form ( was going to pay for a free form since DMV had a three hour wait) Well they took it upon themselves to fill the form out and played the "scratch my head" this is so complicated act. They then said that will be $79.00 I told em im not prepared to pay that amount as such point they questioned if I ha a debt card - no a credit card? Again I answered no. They then asked how much do I have? I stated nothing on me but could scrape up $40 Told go get them, when I returned they canceled my form and now the dmv is questioning why I need a duplicate. Terrible place - avoid at all cost. read more
