After managing to injure both my ankle and my shoulder in July 2025 (overachiever, I know), my…read morefirst stop was urgent care, where I was fitted with a boot and sent on my way. Next I googled orthopedics and made a few phone calls. Thankfully, Dr. Kantor was able to get me in immediately. Dr. Kantor was thorough from day one. At my first visit, he put me in a cast and followed my ankle closely with regular visits until it fully healed. When I later mentioned that my shoulder wasn't improving, we got an MRI and he told me surgery was needed. I disagreed, mostly because I was hoping it would magically fix itself. He respected that, said "OK," and we tried physical therapy first. Six or seven weeks later of PT, he asked again if I was ready for surgery. I said yes, he had been right all along. My hesitation was never about trust; it was fear of surgery. Dr. Kantor and his staff were patient, supportive, and never pushy throughout the entire process. I'm now 11 days post-shoulder surgery and five months out from the original injury. My ankle is healed, my shoulder is doing great, and while I'm not completely out of the woods yet, I'm incredibly grateful. I'm finally on my way back to the active life I love and I couldn't have asked for better care along the way. Highly recommend Dr. Kantor and his outstanding team.

He was friendly, the office was welcoming, and he was able to cast her foot right away. It was a bonus that his office is close to our house. I would highly recommend him for your orthopedic needs.

My experience at Next Level Physical Therapy was truly... next level…read more I'm 44 years old, and I've lived with chronic pain since elementary school. For as long as I can remember, I thought it was normal to feel uncomfortable every day. If there's a joint in my body, it's probably locked up at some point and sent pain radiating elsewhere. I just pushed through and accepted it as part of life. That changed the moment I walked in. During my consultation, the physical therapist told me something I had never heard before: it's not normal to live in that much pain--and most of my issues are actually fixable. I honestly couldn't believe it. But I trusted the process, and even during that initial evaluation (not even full treatment yet), they were able to release a significant amount of my pain. By the time I left, I was already feeling dramatically better. The staff is exceptional. Emma at the front desk is incredibly kind, efficient, and welcoming--she made everything seamless from the moment I walked in. Tricia went above and beyond, not only with her knowledge but by helping me clearly understand how to communicate with my doctor so I could get the correct prescription for treatment. That level of care is rare. And I have to mention something small that made a big impression: the paperwork. It was simple, streamlined, and took less than five minutes. No repeating the same information over and over like most medical offices. It sounds minor, but it speaks volumes about how well this place is run. My therapist was outstanding, and I even had the chance to meet other therapists I'll be working with--they were all friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping people heal. The entire environment is positive and energizing. You can feel it the second you walk in--patients are happy to be there, which says everything. The most incredible part? I left with about 75% less pain. And for the first time in over 20 years, I've had multiple days where my body actually feels good. I now look forward to my weekly appointments, which is something I never thought I'd say about physical therapy. I cannot recommend Next Level Physical Therapy enough. If you've been living with pain and thinking it's just "normal," do yourself a favor and go. It might just change your life like it's starting to change mine.
