An employee quickly helped me retrieve a boarding pass from a kiosk machine. I then went through TSA very quickly. The terminal was clean and well-organized. Absolutely no issues or problems. Compared with traveling out of airports in Florida and the New York City area, this was wonderful. However, I'm not sure if it was also contributed to by the early morning weekday flight. Therefore, 4 stars until I try another flight.

This is a single terminal international airport. It's divided into three sections: domestic…read moreCanadian flights; trans-border flights with the United States (yes, you go thru US Customs here), and international flights. Most of my experience here has been confined to trans-border Air Canada flights, which tend to go fairly smoothly. The problem here is the long walk between gates if you have to cross sections, especially between trans-border and international flights. Most recently, it took nearly an hour to get from my arrival gate to the departure gate.
