The girls here are outstanding…read more I have not let anyone touch my hair since 2014 except Courtney, one of the stylists. This business keeps growing and growing. And expanding as this is their new location. The style and aesthetics are super current and cute. Vintage looking pieces with pops of regal colors and brass. It's very clean, zen but stylish. My fave bench is the leopard fur bench :) They have a lot of real succulents within the salon which makes me also feel good to have some natural aspects. I think within 2 years I have recommended friends to come here as they ask for suggestions on Facebook. And after the multiple suggestions the person always seems to hit up The Beauty Lounge. Then, they post the after photos which everyone loves. Their social media is top notch and they don't steal photos of services done off of Pinterest or whatever. They also stay current with their services by always doing continuing education (I know this as we chat about this while I'm in the chair.) and they post relevant photos to display their art. Oh, did I mention my hair always looks great?

She's very good and I was happy to see her thrive even though she decided to move to JJ salon. We followed her there even though I had qualms about the salon after seeing the pompous and self-congratulatory look of the website. The prices are considerably higher than what we were used to paying but still, we knew we would get good cuts and dyes from Brittany. My friend missed an appointment - her fault, she agrees. She called four minutes away from the salon at her next appointment to apologize and say she was on her way. The receptionist said she would have to make another appontment but before that my friend would have to pay $260.00 to reimburse the salon for two missed appointments. Let me say that again, she was four minutes away and they wanted $260.00 before they would deign to see her. This is ridiculous. The salon is not in LA or NY - not even DC. If they can get over themselves and correct their bad customer treatment I would go back. As it is, I'll miss Brittany's good cuts but I won't indulge that kind of bad behavior.
