    This place is run on autopilot. Phone calls go to voicemail and are never returned. Emails and…read moresubmissions on the website are never responded to. You rent online, then you are just automatically billed. when you provide written notification that you are vacating your unit and remove all your items, they continue to bill you and tack on late fees. There is no office where you can talk to anyone. You never see anyone else at this place, customer or employee. Most of the climate controlled units are empty. The place never gets swept, so it is full of dead crickets. Avoid this place and rent somewhere else!

    When finding this storage unit, the prices were too good! We signed up online and went that day to…read morefill our unit. A month went by and when we arrived to the place, the gate was stuck open (it is electric and sensor was messed up). We tried calling the owner (during office hours) and after the 4th or 5th attempt, they answered. We came back a few days later and it was still not fixed. We then came another time and the gate would not open. We had the correct access code, but the gate was not working. We tried calling the owner a few times, no answer. These are minute problems, as our biggest problem was when we requested our move-out date a week before we were planning to move our things out, and a week before our next billing date, the owner waited to approve the move-out request until the day of the billing date (he had a whole week to do this). Therefore, the money was taken out of our account. Thinking at first, this might just be a mistake, we attempted to call him. My husband called him 10-12 times and left voicemails, and I emailed him, and the owner never responded. On top of that, an initial $40 deposit is made when purchasing the unit, and the owner did not return the deposit. The storage unit was left clean, so now we have legitimate reason the owner just simply ripped us off $100. The units very nice, but unfortunately the management gave us a poor experience.
