They are very good at design, will tell you what is realistic to use in an arrangement, suggest appropriate substitutions and are sensitive to the customers budget. During the covid panic of 2020 I decided to find a greenhouse to buy my flowers from rather than…read morebuying them at a big box store. I found Rozick's online and had just exited my vehicle in the parking lot when a woman, presumably the owner or an employee , screamed across the lot to me as I got out of my car 75 yds away that if I didn't have a mask I needed to leave. I had a handicap placard and medical exception due to a muscular disease that is agitated by hypoxia / mask wearing, so I am EXEMPT from wearing a mask. She discriminated against me and violated ADA laws anyway and never even gave me an opportunity to even tell her I was exempt. Shopping for flowers is OUTSIDE. I am always willing to stay more than 6' away from anyone. The only people i even saw was this extremely rude woman and a man. I was so mortified by the harassment and discrimination of this woman that I just waved and left. I drove a few miles down to Martins Greenhouses that allowed their customers to make their own decisions on mask use. I spent $400 there at Martin's that day. I have not been back to Rozick's Greenhouse since and I never will go back there ever.
