ONE STAR IT GENEROUS. We contracted in April with them to rebuild a portion of our fence and resod…read morepart of our front lawn due to Hurricane Ida. They did a good job on the fence. THE LAWN is a mess. They were supposed to scrape out dead grass, replace it with fresh soil and install 1.5 pallets of Centipede. We were insistent that we be home when this was done so we could inspect the new grass. They came out unannounced and did the job and left without us knowing. We have outside cameras. According to a neighbor there was no equipment on site to scrape dead grass. There was apparently no new top soil. One of the pallets looked mostly dead. When contacted we were told we didn't know how to take care of the new sod. That did not account for one section of our lawn doing well and the other looking dead. He then sold the excess to my neighbor and we had more areas where we could have used it. That grass looks good. When my husband spoke with him he called my husband an a$$hole for questioning their product and service. We are now 3 months later and some of the sod still appears dead and the weeds are multiplying quickly. The grass is full of dollar weed and torpedo grass which is now spreading to our existing lawn. Unfortunately I cannot attach photos to show how the lawn looks after 4 months. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY!!!!

We called a well known tree service. They came out, told my Mom (84) that they couldn't get their equipment in her yard (even though she has double gates big enough to pull a vehicle through), so they would have to get a climber in the tree to cut the limbs. This tree was bout 80 ft tall. Their quote included the cost of a dumpster to haul off the debris and they couldn't do the job for at least 2 weeks. Their estimate was outrageously expensive! Our agent recommended calling Risk Tree Service. We called and the owner came out the same morning. One look at the tree and he said it needed to come down immediately because of the damage the lightning strike caused, it could fall on the house any moment. He said he would push his other appointments out in order to get it done. Because of the hazard he did not want a climber in the tree and instead pulled his lift into the backyard to cut the tree down. His crew showed up exactly when he said they would. They laid mats down as not to mess up the lawn with the equipment. They worked extremely efficient as a team and the entire job, including grinding down the stump and roots, was completed in a couple of hours. When they were done we couldn't tell they were there except for a small pile of sawdust from the stump. Per my request, the tree trimmer even cut me a slab from the trunk as a keepsake. My Mom & I had planted this tree together nearly 20 years ago. Needless to say, I would highly recommend Risk Tree Service!
