Ben did not use primer so there is significant colour bleed - several colours were very dark and we painted them all white, so you can really see it. Additionally, touch ups were done in the wrong shade of white, there are paint drips everywhere, and an entire ceiling in one room was not painted at all - just the outside framing of all sides. There are also some paint droplets on the floor so they didn't protect them at all. It's a shame we realized this after we paid and parted ways with them or we would have demanded fixes.

They came up with a reasonable plan and charged me $5000.00. Unfortunately the summer of 2024 was rainy and their solution had made matters much worse with puddles now forming over the area of concern which had never happened before. They ignored my calls and emails to remediate the problem. It took me months to hear back and when I did, they wanted to charge $7000 to fix their mistake! This now was in the spring of 2025. When I responded that it would be reasonable for me to pay for the materials, but nothing more, I never heard from them again, despite me sending numerous emails, texts and leaving voicemails. I could not in good conscience recommend this company.
