James Martinez recently installed a privacy fence and a roll bar on top to keep coyotes out of my backyard for me and I am thoroughly pleased with the job he and his crew did. James' word is his bond. When he tells you he is going to be at your location on a specific day and time, that's when he shows up. He doesn't leave the job until it's completed to the customer's satisfaction. James and his crew are very polite, courteous, respectful and have an exceptional customer service attitude. James constructed two beautiful gates to accompany the new height of the privacy fence, painted, installed, added decoration to my specifications and they are beautiful. When the job was completed, James completely cleaned up all debris and removed it. The project was a complete success and I would not hesitate to contract West Texas Fabrication and Welding for any project I may have in the future. I can't thank him enough for the excellent job he and his crew did on my privacy fence and agates.

DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. He pays no attention to detail, left the place a mess (and told me to clean it myself when I said something), and every single post and the pole across the top are scratched. He made little to no attempt to paint over the scratches. He also was upset that I talked with my neighbor, an expert in the fencing business (retired due to illness) to get info and he offered to come over a couple of times during the day to check things out. He got very angry with me and was extremely ugly. I let him know that he should not use me as a reference - and he said he didn't need any references as he has plenty of large commercial jobs! OH, and he also said I was racist because I didn't offer them bottles of water during the day... I pointed out to him that I have 15 Hispanic grandchildren, 3 Hispanic great grands, and a Chinese daughter. I also told him that the professional, respectful people who re-roofed my house got a cold beer at the end of each day! He obviously couldn't handle me getting advice from someone more knowledgeable than he (who used to be his boss)... A few pictures attached. One more thing, I should have known not to hire him as he did a gate for me a little over a year ago that was sloppy at best and it was already detaching from the side of the house. I asked him to fix it while he was here and he said he would. Then he wanted to charge me $220!!! He does NOT stand behind his work! I have reported to the BBB and retained the texts he sent (and mine), as well as pictures of the poor work as proof of his shoddy work.

I would like to start by saying there is no option for zero stars. Had I read another users review…read moreprior then I would have stayed clear of this welding business. I had a custom rack made for .my truck and tool box that Michael Bobadilla was more than happy to take. We came up with a design agreed on a price. He asked me for a deposit, I'm assuming for the materials, in which I paid in full. I'm not sure if that's where I went wrong but it took them 3 weeks to finish a job that should have taken 3 days. He stated that there were other jobs ahead of me and I acknowledged this. However I feel as if I was put on the back burner because they were already paid and I said I had another vehicle. Communication was very poor and I was told for over a week and a half that it would be ready the next day and it kept dragging on and turning into the next day. I went as far as to bring a case a beer by to try to help the job along. Here is the issue, I went by once and found the doors unlocked and keys in the ignition, no harm I removed keys and told Michael. It was after I picked up my truck that I noticed gouges in the paint on top of the roof and around the bed. And a large amount of slag ( molten steel from the welding process) all over the roof, quarter panel windows and rear window. I told Michael the same day I picked it up, and he said he would resolve it. When I brought the truck to him he tried claiming the paint damage on the bed was either prior damage or vandalism, "he couldn't confirm that it was his employees" the window and roof is undeniable and he admitted that it was his fault. He said he would get back to me in a few days with solutions but I have since stopped recieving responses from him. Damages are in excess of $2700, back window alone was $500. I do not expect to hear back from him. I have never experienced such worthless customer service. IF YOU ARE READING THIS REVIEW I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING ANOTHER SERVICE AROUND EL PASO AS YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Some of the welds look like they were done by high school students attempting it for the first time in shop class. IN FACT, SAVE YOUR MONEY, BUY A WELDER AND DO IT YOURSELF. You'll have less heart ache than dealing with Bobas welding. I pride myself on being a stand up citizen and all around decent person. I will make updates to this review if their are any changes or if the situation is made right.

I explained to him what I wanted and even pointed out my neighbors yard and told him I wanted it exactly like theirs. He promised he would get it done and we wouldn't be disappointed. We were and still are highly disappointed. The cement that he poured was uneven and literally crumbled and cracked the day after he took off the moldings, the turf was bumpy, uneven, and had no defined border making it look extremely messy (he had told me he was going to put a border but he "forgot") and the rocks were just average. He took our money and did not come through with what he said he would do. I also want to point out that the business is not registered in the city of El Paso nor does the owner have a general contracting license. Do not hire him.

I thought it was torn landscaping paper and took a good look before I went to pick it up. It was something tiny and moving! It was trying to burrow into the crevice of the gate. I immediately called ProTech and they arrived within 20 minutes- it was 6:30 PM on a Saturday night! They removed the creature and told me that it was a Brown Mexican Bat and that it was rabid as determined by its actions. Yes, this pest control visit was costly but if my little dog, Luciano, went out there and decided to play with it, or if it bit me (I am always in flip flops and open toe shoes right now) it would have been a night mare. Thank you ProTech!

Cleaning Solutions did a phenomenal job on the carpets in our entire house! We will be hiring them…read moreevery six months and next time I'm definitely going to have our couches done as well (it really makes a difference if you have bad allergies). I spent a lot of time getting quotes from different carpet cleaners and simply, the process just wasn't fun. I like to streamline everything, to be able to send an email or message, get a response and be able to look over all of the information. Most of the time an online quote wasn't an option and then when I'd call in they said they needed to actually come see the house (not ideal at all since that could mean sitting around waiting for five different companies... ain't happening). Cleaning Solutions gave me a quote online... HALLELUJAH! And it was a very competitive price with the few others that were able to give me a quote without scheduling an appointment. I knew that the price could differ a little once they saw the rooms (maybe the size of the rooms were bigger than they expected or the fact that I didn't specify that there are three little steps from the kitchen could add to the expense). I booked 'em. The owner, Matt, arrived on time and ready to verify pricing and details before he started. Three bedrooms, two hallways, the livingroom, one full staircase, and two three-steppers only ran us $109 + tax! The price I was quoted was the price we paid... that's a win! The other thing that blew my mind was how quickly Matt was able to finish the carpets. All of the carpets were done in about an hour, give or take, and he let us know that we should try to give the carpets about four hours to completely dry. I also just want to mention, I took the time to vacuum before he arrived and I recommend you do that as well (especially if you have dogs) just because it can hurry the process along. Matt was very professional the entire time he was working and was even nice enough to pencil us in for a reminder in six months in case we forget to schedule something. I would definitely recommend Cleaning Solutions. Our carpets look great (even the heavily trafficked areas like our back door) and the price was the best we found.
