They wanted to keep my vehicle to run test on it after six months of them having my vehicle, and not reaching out to me, nor returning any of my phone calls or messages, and giving me a big sad story about an accident, they had the previous November every time I went into the shop. they was not supposed to do anything to my vehicle. Without my permission first I explained to them that I did not have a few thousand dollars that I wanted to dump into that vehicle right now I just wanted to get it checked out and figure out what the issue was since the sensors that he was so sure was going to fix it did not. After six months of going back-and-forth in and out of the shop we got a call stating we could come pick up our vehicle when I got there. He said my bill was $750. I was baffled and had two small children who have been fighting and arguing all day so my nerves rattled I had $600 on me and without thinking I asked him if he would take 600 because I was feeling desperate in the moment completely being blindsided by the fact that my bill went from right around $100 all the way up to $750 without a phone call or Any kind of estimate or quote. I still yet have not got an itemized bill even after asking several times for one I still don't know what they have done to my vehicle. They are now holding onto my vehicle until I pay them away. I will not pay for something that I don't even know what I'm paying for. I am now going to have to hire an attorney and get my car back from them just to have it towed to another mechanic who will then have to fix whatever it was they messed up because they said they could not keep it running when that was never an issue before taking it there, the new mechanic will also have to fix the original issue. The man who claims to be the owner the son is not infact the owner His mother is the owner, and if she knew what they were doing, I'm sure she would not approve.
