My husband took my brand new white wheels to get the tires mounted. After he called a couple places that " weren't interested" in mounting tires on loose wheels. He called Big O Tires. Took my car here and had warranty on my tires I had a slow leak in a tire and I had it put on a jack before I drove 10 mins down the road and there was nothing in my tires I get there and they take it back and 10 mins later they tell me there's a nail in my tire and they couldn't fix it and they don't make those tires anymore that I just bought at another Big o and I had to buy a new tire never would I take anything to this place there was no nail!!!! Blew the air bag on my right rear after they worked on it. Also, lied and said they have appointments , then said they did , then say they don't . Worker claimed he was owner , told my disabled sister and vet father after years of being customers to get lost . Twice i have taken a vehicle into this shop and regret it. I went in for a tire change and overall tire inspection before me and my wife took our 3 children to kentucky for a close relatives funeral and doing 70 mph on the interstate blow tire rim and all off of the vehicle costing me over a thousand dollars in damages. The tow service and the mechanic shop BOTH said the only way this could happen is if the lug nuts are loose on the tire. Thanks Big O. You could have killed me, my family, or another individuals and ill never use or recommend your services ever again. read more

I noticed I had a flat tire on my way to work and as soon as a local auto shop filled up the tire, I was advised to go here next. I walked in about 10 minutes before they were officially opened but nonetheless, there were multiple employees ready to help. One employee took note of the details and I explained to him I needed to get to work so I needed a speedy "check in". In about 5 minutes, they jotted down my information and offered to take me to work. The 50k tire looks great so far and price was very reasonable. Will be returning soon for oil changes and any car-related issues that may arrive. Superb and speedy service! read more

Called the store at 5:49 p.m. and a gentleman asked me to hold. I said sure. I was on hold for 14 minutes when I attempted to call the store on my wife's phone. No answer. looked online. they close at 6 p.m. guess you didn't want my business. Very poor customer service, which, by the way, is the business you are in. FAIL. They deserve 0 stars. I got a flat tire on a Saturday while driving my partners car. I called and asked if they had the exact tire size available in which they did. I wanted to make an appointment but they insisted I just drop by Monday morning. My partner shows up with the car and they tell her it will be an hour wait and that there's already 8 people there. An hour turned into two hours. Then after two hours they tell her it will be another hour and a half. Well she had no choice at this point but to leave or she would've been late for work. She's now wasted her whole morning with nothing being done. Five other people walked out with her. It doesn't take almost four hours to purchase and put on a new tire. So now she has to drive on a donut tire until we can find someplace else to take it. read more

Bought 2 used tires from here for my G6. Am about to drive 2k miles when my tire goes flat in my driveway. I take it back and they tell the it had a bad seal on the rim so they used sealant to fix it. 2 days later it was flat again. I took it to Walmart the day before my trip and was told that I was sold a tire with a screw in it, there wasnt any sealant on the tire/chrome rim, and it was dry rotted. I was told by Big O that this used tire has 50% tread life left when it measures 30%! read more

Very disappointed in the service I received. I was traveling through the area and noticed I had a low tire so I stopped by the nearest Big O Tires. It was looked at and when checking out the clerk said the rim had rust around it and wasn't sealing. I told the clerk my rims were brand new, he just shrugged his shoulders and said $10. Two days later ( at home) the tire was low again so I filled it and inspected the tire and right in the middle was a nail. Basic stuff. read more
