Your best bet on a busy day are the two huge lots right here. It's pre-paid by meter and prices are pretty fair. But no shade at all, so your car will heat up pretty quickly. But it's easy to get to and a safe spot to park. No problem to find a spot even on a busy summer sunday. The location is perfect, just beside the beach and the boardwalk and close to the now abandoned waterpark - which makes an interesting sight. Also in close proximity are several restaurants and the busy shopping streets.

If you don't mind a short walk, then this place here is quite a good option. It's just around the corner from the Saint Martin cathedral and a short walk from the Porte Jeanne d'Arc where you can take a quick walk down to the beach and its promenade. Parking spaces are big enough for SUVs. Only a small fee to pay and it's a really safe and secure spot. Good option.

There were a lot more spots free this time - even though it was a weekend. Possibly because the hourly rates are quite high now. But it's one of the best and closest parking lots in town and perfect to explore the old town and to do some walks along the water. So for us it was still worth the money and saved time looking for a more affordable spot. The spaces here are all marked and big enough to hold some medium sized SUVs. A convenient and safe spot to park your car. Would choose this lot again.
