Contacted Precision Garage to have repairs made to my garage door. Booked the appointment online…read moreat around 1pm. Was pleasantly surprised that they would be able to respond between 2 - 4 pm that day. Glen and Nate arrived a little after 2pm. they assessed the situation and provided me with 3 bids for various work on the door. After approving a bid, they proceeded to go right to work. They were very professional. I pointed out a broken piece on the door which they repaired with a bracket that will never fail. They replaced that piece, the long rod (that had bowed), and the springs. They also pointed out a section of overhead shelving that the door slightly rubbed on. However, since installation, they have had continued issues with our garage doors not working properly. They do not seem to care about the long term or quality after you sign the paperwork with them. Good sales pitches, but beware they do not hold to their word.
