Okay WOW. I usually…read moredon't review contractor services because I always forget, but I had to make a conscious effort to review these guys because I'm blown away. First of all, their communication is so easy and quick. I texted with them through the whole process, and they were SO helpful. Second, their timing. They do quotes with aerial view, so you get the quote SO quick, and then on their calendar almost just as quick! Between reaching out and the job being complete, it was like a week. I was amazed. Their prices were spot on, and actually a slightly better deal for the quality, than most of the other companies I was working with. Lastly, they didn't require a deposit, which isn't a deal breaker for me BUT a lot of other companies requires 50% down just to schedule and it felt so sketchy. I'm not sure why they're not rated the best company in the area, my experience with them was flawless. 10000000% recommend.

When I called Durbin one morning to schedule a repair for a broken garage door spring I was told it…read morewould be the afternoon of the next day before they could get to me in O'Fallon. I scheduled the visit with the plan to find someone who could get out earlier just as soon as I freed my car trapped in the garage. After unsuccessfully trying to lift the heavy garage door,I called Durbin back to explain my dilemma. Durbin said they'd try to fit me in the same day, at least to get the door up and the car out. Less than an hour later I got a call they were running ahead of schedule, had an open slot, and were on their way. Less than an hour after that my car was not only in the driveway but the garage door was repaired. We discussed suggestions for future maintenance, then a reasonably priced bill was presented--without an extra rush or emergency fee.

Three other companies that I called could not come until next week. Thank God, Durbin could send Austin to arrive in 45 min. to an hour. Austin came on time and fixed our garage door. My husband asked if he could oil/grease the moving components because of the loudness when opening and closing. Then, Austin said he could replace our broken/splintered weather stripping. We were thrilled with the service we were provided. We now have a quieter, more weather-resistant, fully-functioning garage door again! Thank you, Durbin! Highly recommend!!

We got several quotes during construction, and Mike stood out for his clear communication, competitive pricing, and knowledge: especially when it came to pool code, which was important to us since we plan to add a pool. I also didn't have to sell a kidney or harass Mike to get a quote. Quick and simple. Can't say the same for some of his competitors. Months later, when we were finally ready for the fence, his pricing was still consistent with the original quote. Once we put down our deposit, the turnaround was incredibly fast...they had us scheduled within days and completed the entire installation in less than a day. Mike was easy to work with from beginning to end, and the whole process was seamless. And beyond doing great work, Mike is just a good dude. We love that he supports animal rescues and rescue events. As a family with rescue pups of our own, that scores some major points with us. Great experience all around. Thanks, Mike and All Star Fence!
