I was thinking that it would take at least a week and $1000 to get parts and fix the door. At 2:14 PM I called Pat's and got a prerecorded message. "For emergencies send an email to us" it said, which I did, thinking that if I was lucky I might hear from them before the end of the week. But at 2:24 I received a call from Pat's. Minutes later a repair truck and two mechanics showed up. By 2:54 PM my garage door was fixed and the repairmen were pulling out of my driveway. It took 40 minutes from the time I first called them until my garage door was repaired! Their service is unbelievably good.

I called one week later and left a message. They never returned my call. Again called several times the next week to talk to someone, and, you guessed it, no one answered the phone. Called two more times, the first and talked to a person and he said he would leave a message to have someone call back. The second time, I again left a message. Well, you guested it not call back on either messages. Finally had someone in Council repair my daughter's window. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Poor service and lack of professionalism in the company.
