I…read morewill be honest...I shop mostly online these days and I don't have a lot of experience with outlet malls. But I was impressed with the beauty of this mall and the cleanliness of the streets. There were many stores and eateries to visit. The architecture was super cute and put me in mind of a little village. At the Coach store, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and I even received a 10% off discount after telling the cashier it was my first visit with them. There was a bigger selection here than what was at my store back home and the value at the Coach store is always worth the cost, depending on what's purchased. Biloxi is always a fun trip and I would visit this outlet again for my shopping needs when I return.

I appreciate their well made and stylish clothing. I was hopeful that this location would be as nice as others I had visited, but it lacked selection and service. Every time I have been to a Polo outlet, it has been packed. This location was no different, but the layout and location of the registers made it difficult to navigate. The two registers had lines of at least 20 people and they were moving very slowly. There were also so many people perusing the racks that just trying to find a shirt was a big chore. Once I found something that I liked, I realized the wait would be too long so I gave up. The addition of more registers would have made it much more convenient. While most of the clothing in the outlet is specifically made for these types of stores, it is still of high quality. It is also 1/4 to 1/2 as expensive as the items you'll find in most department stores. I've found that there is little difference in the pants sold in outlets, but there are some styles of shirts offered here that are not offered elsewhere. Another complaint about the store was the staff. I realize they must have a high occurrence of shoplifting, but the constant leering and questioning (do you need to check out?, The line is over there?, etc.) was a bit much. I decided I wanted a closer look at a hat that was near the door so I pulled it from the shelf to try it on. As soon as I did an employee rushed over and stood between me and the door while trying to direct me to the register. I realize I look like a degenerate, but slow your roll there chief. If I want it, I'll pay for it. If you really want Polo clothing at a discount, check this place out. If you can't handle the wait, paying full retail may be a better alternative.

The manager told me about their 3 for 99 1 for 39 deal and I got a fragrance for 40 dollars, I then discovered this fragrance was only worth 20 dollars along with every other fragrance on the wall. I went in to try to return it and a different polite woman helped me, as soon as the manager recognized me because this was only a couple of hours after I bought it she came over and said that their policy is that they only do exchanges. I said well I found the same fragrance online being sold by the brand for half of the price she proceeds to get very rude saying oh well our policy is that we only do exchanges and that I could exchange it and that it's "Obviously posted on the receipt and on the counter at the register." The problem with this is that one the receipt was put in the bag before she gave it to me, not letting me see it, and 2 the sign was at knee level on an index card sized piece of paper. After she made this rude remark in a rude tone while giving a dirty look I said well it kind of seems like a rip off to point a kid to a wall disguised as a deal while actually being double the price. She yet again said that I "Should've seen the sign. I then grabbed my bag and left.

I have never shopped at the Belk before, but from what I understood it was like any other department store. I went straight back to the bra/panties section of the store thinking that's where I would find my panty hose, but after looking around and not seeing any, I stopped and asked two women that were folding shirts behind the counter where I could find them, and they just pointed behind me. I explained that I had already looked there and didn't see any, and their response was "then I guess we don't have them..." What? A department store doesn't carry panty hose? That doesn't sound right...I wish the store employees would have stepped back from folding shirts to help me find the panty hose rather than just saying they didn't have them... While I didn't find what I went in for, I did find a few other cold weather clothes that were on sale. So it wasn't a complete waste of a trip.

We popped the game in the ps4 and once the game played for five minutes, then it played for three minutes, and after that it wouldn't play at all & this would pop up on the screen. "Cannot continue using the application. The disc cannot be read. Make sure that the disc is not damaged or dirty." Upon further inspection of the CD it's obvious that the game is a fake. And after reading the return policy and other reviews, we already know we won't get a legit game or any help with our purchase considering they didn't help others with the same issue.
