The only fault I can see and it hits the rating hard is how much sauce is used. I bought a Chef Salad because the last time I had a Donner Plate and Yukfa. The latter two were drowned in sauce, because of that I get sauce on the side or none at all. The quantity of the sauce destroys any flavor the food has. Now on to the salad. I ordered a Chef Salad because how can you mess up a salad? The vegetables were fresh and crispy. The chicken on the salad was plentiful and had a nice flavour. However, this Chef Salad was dressed so much that it had the consistency of Cole slaw. I heard a saying once, "Beware of a chef who uses a lot of sauce. This is to hide the fact that the food unseasoned and is shit". Tone down your sauce, you have good products, don't ruin it!
