It is now October 1. My experience: MANY missed dates. Most with no advance warning that crew wouldn't arrive until well into the scheduled day of the supposed work. Poor communication. Lame excuses. I will say that the subcontractor on the job has done good work. However, ServiceMaster as the primary contractor is a major failure.
