You simply order ahead online and they have it ready for you when you arrive. Great for these Covid-times. I do like the option to browse and see things in person before ordering, but being in the Centrum of Amsterdam, this is a pretty good deal. Not to be overlooked are the fair prices and high quality items. Also the selection is huge. It's much less expensive than the "big box" stores in the USA and even in The Netherlands. Sometimes more busy and stressed in these Covid times.
