July 5th this year, I went to this store to purchase my son birthday presents and had the best…read moreexperience I've had in such a long time with any business. I'm new to yelp or I would have posted sooner but it was such a memorable experience, I had to share. The friendly sales associate Michael asked if I needed help, so I explained that I was searching for a specific game for my son. He checked and found the store did not have it but he recommended a different game that had 30 games on the one disc, including the full version of the game I originally was asking for at a cheaper price. He also helped me find better deals on other items that was on my son's birthday list, which saved me over a hundred and sixty dollars. He could have let me pick up the items on my list and pay full price but he made it his mission to save me money and also make my shopping experience easy and stress free. I can not thank him enough for going above and beyond his job duty. Because of him, I'd rather shop at this location and spend more money if I had too, than shop anywhere else even if that means I'd be spending more money. Customer service is such an important part of the shopping experience, great customer service goes a long way in keeping repeat customers and gaining new customers. I've told at least 30 people how wonderful my experience was at the Logan Game Stop with Michael and many of them have became customers to this store based on their great customer service. Thank you Michael for not making me feel stupid about something I didn't know anything about and for going above your job when helping me make my son very happy on his birthday.

I went to the Lucky dog for gas they have a rewards card. I went in to the store to pre-pay. I paid…read moreon my way out. I seen a flyer they had up for their lucky dog card so I informed the cashier I would like to use my lucky dog card. She supposedly voided my first transaction and re-ran my card, but it turns out she didn't void the transaction and I was charged twice later in the day. I went back to the lucky dog to speak with the manager. He wasn't there. I spoke with a nice gentleman that was working the cash register. He called the owner . I spoke with the owner. He got smart with me over the phone and told me he will be there shortly. He's on his way so I waited. Some little goofy a$$ dude comes in, walks up to me, gets in my face and starts to belittle me about how I made a mistake like no I didn't make a mistake. Your cashier made the mistake and I want my $30 that I was overcharged well he said he will not be refunding me my money and to get out of his store at that point I was extremely angry, I will never go to the lucky dog again dude low-key racist, and a crook as far as I'm concerned.

As a review on the gamestop app said a very reputable stock availability service said they got 26 in stock. They said in person they "missed a shipment" but had tons of Blooming Water's in the back that they "preordered" even though the gamestop website said this product would have NO PREORDERS FOR THIS PRODUCT. Thankfully one of the people that preordered was a kid so I'm thankful they got their product, but it's clear that the rest, they're hoarding and scalping the product. They also reported to not have any of the new prismatic products in stock, but of course they were in the back and all "preordered". They never answer the phone at this establishment either and the people just seem genuinely shady, because they get extremely hostile whenever you call them out of this behavior. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
