I needed a replacement cord for my nephew's X-Box 360. I had visited two Montgomery Game Stops (Ann St and the Eastern Blvd) and neither had the replacement cord. I then visited the Prattville Game Stop. Although they did not have the replacement cord, Nick S. (the guy who helped me), actually took the time to call the Millbrook Game Stop and found the replacement cord for me.
Neither of the two Montgomery Game Stops did this - which is to be expected since I assume each store is independently owned and compete with each other for customers and their money. I was just impressed that Nick took the time to actually locate the replacement cord for me.
