The associate not only asked if he could help us but asked what we were currently playing. He also inquired about what type of games my son is allowed to play. We went to pick a game at midnight because we called the store and the person that answered say they would open at midnight. We get there around 11:40 and the gate is already rolled down. Staff member opened the door and looked at the small crowd gathering and said nothing. Finally it's midnight and everyone thinks they're opening the doors. The last staff meme era come out, look at us, say nothing and begin to walk away. So we get their attention and ask about what's going and he shrugs his shoulders saying it was released at 11. So he was going to just let us stand there and say nothing when clearly we were for the game. The worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Find another location to get games. read more
