Tonight GameStop lost my business. I had the doors locked on me at a midnight event at 11:51. I proceeded to wait the additional 9 minutes as a line formed behind me. As people began moving through the line; an employee came to inform us that we were too late and had to return tomorrow. Everyone was stunned as it made very little sense. I had purchased this game in full and this GameStop had my copy and I was still turned away. The snarky employee's utterances were extremely rude and unprofessional to boot. I will never fathom why people choose corporate bureaucracy over human decency. This fiasco (and many many others) are the final nail in the coffin of my relationship with Gamestop. Andrew is the best! We brought our 9 year old grandson in and Andrew went above and beyond helping us out. He is knowledgeable and connects well with the customers. We walked out of there with everything we needed and felt we were given the best advice and direction! read more

Very nice people already ask to help or see what someone is looking for. If you call they will pick up and help you look for games or product. Friendly staff my go to game stop. Also suggest games for kids that they would like or be appropriate. read more

Don't understand the other review about "pressure buy". These people are the friendliness and most helpful game geeks. They have even talked my son out of poor purchases on bad review games. read more

It's GameStop, same old same old, but sometimes you feel rushed or pressured to buy things from this place, like if you don't buy they won't feed their stomachs. I dunno I just like the other one a touch more. Great location though! read more
