I ordered a game online today on September 23rd at 1:15pm. Expecting GameStop to be open since it's within they're business hours which are 10am-8pm on a Saturday. I arrived at this GameStop location at 2:36pm to find it closed completely. No sign of anyone. I honestly don't agree with the actions of these workers just deciding to close shop whenever wanted. People spend they're hard earned money on products in order to use it. No sign in the front door stating "on lunch" no sign of anyone period. I find this ridiculous and this isn't the first time. GameStop should get more strict on these workers when it comes down to operating there stores. read more

I like coming into Game Stop to mainly check out their used Wii games. But I also like to see what's new in nintendo world. The new 3DS did catch my eye the last time I was in the store and the clerk was helpful in answering my questions, he also suggested trading in my old DS for a few bucks, and he also let me know that the new 3DS did not come with a charging cord, but they did sell them in the store for a good price. I usually walk around the store for 20-30 minutes staring at games I don't need to buy. During another trip, I bought 2 Naruto fighting games for the Wii... That makes me special.... I know. The clerks are helpful and occasionally walk around and ask if you need help. The selections are pretty decent and prices are in the same ballpark as most stores. Other than that, Game Stop is the ultimate distraction for me when I leave the bookstore nearby. So whether in the mood to buy some random used game, or check out what's new for any gaming system (mainly the WiiU)... Game Stop is a good place to run into and give away your money... I mean... who needs money when you can have more video games... read more

I love this GameStop. My animal crossing midnight release was cancelled due to plague. Imagine my surprise to find they decided to release the game early. Only 10 allowed in store at a time right now for plague reasons. The store employees were calling each of the 170 pre-orders to let us know. They're encouraging the shoppers to remain the appropriate 6 feet apart. Thanks GameStop for making our day a little brighter. read more

This company is ripping of consumers. In a world where scalpers are using bots to snap up all the new Xbox series X consoles that get released and selling them at huge markups, Gamestop is following suit. As a retail company, they cannot markup the price of the console so rather than sell the consoles to people who have been trying desperately to get one at retail price, they decide to only sell the consoles in bundles with three games no one wants and charges $200 above the retail price of the console itself. This is not added value if the customer had to buy three games they will never play just to get the console. read more

This is for Gamestop in general. The mall's closed due to the virus. Which is understandable, however, having preordered ffvii remake seven months ago, i was never given a notice about how to get my copy on the release date 4-10-20. I attempted delivery at the door, and the Gamestop site has the address of a store that no longer exist. I chose the store because it said it was open and could offer me my game. Well, I call the customer service line and wait 2 hours. No one answers. Probably because there is an overwhelmong amount of people going through the same bs. I call this store and the employee tries to deflect me to customer service saying he can't do anything. How helpful this one is; because I'm sure he's real busy in a store without customers. The store I called before was much more helpful; she at least directed me towards a solution. Their network is flawed and the supply of a game for customers that have preordered should be accounted for. This is a terrible experience. I've waited this long and due to Gamestop's incompetence I'll have to wait longer. So this is for you if you're listening. Which I doubt you consider customer's input at this point. You're doing a bad job. And I will look elsewhere for buying games after this experience. This is a joke. And people can find more reliable sources to get their entertainment. read more

Terrible! Bought a used PSP for my nephew the day after Christmas. The game did not work, did not even turn on after hours of charging. Next day they refused to return it because some bull about it being like a cell phone and it needs to be charged for 6 hours or more. Obviously they do not comply with their own 7 days policy. They trying to steal the poor kid's $140. Two days I have been trying to get them to exchange the crap they sold. Even went back home and charge the crap for 12 hours. Corporate was a joke, they offered no help. This company is BS! read more
