My intention was to buy a Milinum Falcon drone and given the fact that the holiday season makes me spend slightly illogically, I was primed to overpay.(perhaps it's the holiday music) No drones yet, but apparently they're on their way. My close buddy is a gamer and I think it is a handheld Nintendo that he uses. The assistant manager noticed me looking and looking, and thankfully came to offer assistance. With her experience we determined the unit he used and I dropped ten dollars on a game for him from the used section. Super friendly staff I'm not really a video game guy but my 8year old daughter is so I went here to ask advise as to what to buy...the place is really small which makes it hard to navigate through when you're someone who doesn't know what you're looking for especially during the holidays..... I think the store should be a little bigger..... chewing too long and you can't assume that everybody that walks in the door as a gamer and some people are just parents don't know anything about gaming that are trying to buy systems for their kids read more

I just moved to this area and this is the closest GameStop to me. Though it was my first experience with this store, I can say that the are much more pushy that most other gamestops that I've been to. Hopefully this isn't the case for every time I go but consider this a heads up, staff is annoyingly pushy when it comes to all of the little GameStop things that usually try to push on you to buy. Hopefully this isn't a pattern and maybe once they get to recognize me when I come in, they won't be as pushy. Good luck. Be straight forward and as always, have you "No" button handy. read more

I had a terrible experience here. Walked in, pulled a preowned copy of Destiny off the wall and proceeded to browse for about ten minutes with the wife. When it came time to checkout I was denied my purchase because the woman in front of me wanted the copy of Destiny that I had grabbed first. I suggested to the staff to sell me a new copy at the preowned price, they didn't like that and proceeded to get loud and rude with me. Bit my tongue and headed to the Walmart across the parking lot. I've spent literally hundreds of dollars in this particular store but after this incident they'll never see another cent from me. The owner should be ashamed read more

I had a wonderful experience at this store. I don't know what other people who gave reviews before this thought, because the manager at this particular store is one of the most helpful and thorough people in helping me with my selection of anywhere I have been in buying something--anything. I felt very much supported and that he was genuinely trying to help me with compassion, being someone who has not played video games for years and is just coming back to play them again after finishing college. He helped me with my shenanigans of being indecisive of what to buy very patiently, after revisiting the store several times. I ended up making a purchase for a Nintendo Switch and Zelda Breath of the Wild through their online department (in an in-store purchase.) Thank you! Also, the other people at this store are more warm and friendly it felt than some other Game Stops (though they were still good service). Anyway--bottom line is this store has a very genuine man as their manager and I feel blessed. read more
