Everything in this store was excellently laid out, if I didn't already say that enough. That is not always the case. We've been to similar shops (in terms of what they sell), and they are so cluttered and not shopable at all! There's none of that here. So if you're looking for a great gaming shop with every era of console and genre, definitely check out 8 Bit Hall of Fame next time your'e anywhere near them!

The only thing the store has going for it is the space and nice ladies up front. Everybody else that works here is a complete neck beard who couldn't care less about helping you. Low stock and high prices. I brought a collection with older c Brought in around 40 cards, mostly LP with some minty and a few MP, with a total TCGPlayer estimate of roughly $1,950. Nothing I brought in was valued under $20. After taking over an hour to sort through everything, they picked out 25 cards they were interested in, removing them from the top loaders and sleeves in the process. Their trade-in offer for those 25 cards was $380. They passed on the remaining 15 because they were either considered too damaged or too low in value, despite about half of those being the cards closest to the $20 range. I politely declined the offer. What bothered me more than the low offer was what happened afterward. The employee simply handed everything back to me unsleeved and out of the top loaders and told me I could put them all back myself. After spending over an hour evaluating my cards, I thought that was pretty disrespectful. While I was resleeving and loading everything back up, I tried making conversation and asking questions about the shop, their pricing, and what they typically look for when buying cards. They seemed completely uninterested and were more focused on talking about a female employee who had just come in, including comments about her dress code. The whole interaction came across as unprofessional and honestly pretty gross. I understand that card shops need margins and I never expected anywhere close to full TCGPlayer value. I also understand passing on cards because of condition or value. That's part of the business. But between the $380 offer, handing my collection back unsleeved for me to repack myself, and the overall attitude afterward, I left with a very poor impression of the shop. Do your research and know what your cards are worth before bringing them in. Based on my experience, I won't be back.

Toy collection today, I brought in roughly $500 worth of pops (looking to receive around $365) which I felt was fairly reasonable considering I've spent thousands of $ at this store. Anyways the store "policy" is they give you 30% total value of what you are trying to sell them!!! I was looking for around 70% which again I felt was reasonable. The moral of the story is that if you want to sell anything to this store, expect to get a small fraction of what it's actually worth! This was extremely disappointing and I'm shocked. THIS STORE HAS LOST ALL FUTURE BUSINESS FROM ME!!!

When I arrived at the shop, Jack Bowles greeted me..and we talked about where I was with the hobby, he showed me some of the DCC trains I was interested in and answered many questions that someone new to the hobby would have.. I really enjoyed going to this shop, and was glad to find a place where I could see the real products and someone to demo the HO DCC trains and hear the sounds in person etc..and ask questions in real time..you sure cant do that buying things online Definitely recommend this place!!..if you are interested in HO trains or other scales..they also carry a wide selection of scenery supplies and scale models...but the HO trains were my reason to be there..
