DVD I rented was scratched up beyond being able to watch it, and I had got…read moreit because I was in bed recovering from a surgery so I couldn't go back-and-forth at the time. So that was a bit of a bummer. Also the candy I bought was like a year expired. However I don't want to give this store a bad review overall because later I went back and they replaced both the movie and the candy. However, I still have to have them go behind the counter to get the candy with the most recent date. I guess they must not be getting as much traffic but it would be nice if they would pull the old stuff from the shelves. I have not rented videos there that don't work, since then, and I have rented a couple more times. Everyone there is always very friendly. They have a clean, accessible bathroom, which is always nice. Overall I like this place but the problems were a hassle so, since I have to consider both the product and the service, my review is lukewarm.

He tried his on while at the store with his jacket being too big. He was not re-measured just a smaller sized ordered. On Thursday a family member drove to pickup the jacket. He tried it on that evening still too big. They ordered a third jacket. It was asked if it could be shipped or dropped off at their house. Jackie Js couldn't guarantee that. So, on Friday he took 4 hours out of the day to pickup the jacket again. He missed out on the venue set-up. The bestman missed a full day of work on Wednesday to get the correct size shirt and jacket. The father of the brides first pair of pants where like capri pants. We had another groomsmen with jacket size issues too. The two with wrong shoe sizes were the least of our worries. When the tuxes were returned on Monday we shared our experience with staff only to be told thanks for the feedback. Save yourself a lot of time, mileage and stress go elsewhere for tuxes!
