The only downside here is that the staff at the main information desk can be quite slow and the place is usually very crowded. But I wouldn't hesitate to go here again for electronics.

One of three Apple stores in the Netherlands, located inside The Passage in The Hague Center, while…read morenot the most beautiful or exciting of Apple Stores, it is certainly in a good location in a great city. The exterior of the store is quite impressive for a mall location which is a tribute to The Passage, the shopping arcade which dates back to the 19th century. The interior seems a little lacklustre and dull compared to other Apple Stores, it seems like they have a lot of empty "nothing" space, and the big screen was turned off, the only seating around the store was hard wooden seating, with a lack of alternatives, compared to the cushioned stools, most other stores have. A decent selection of Apple tech and the staff seems friendly enough and helpful, yet not bothering customers too much other than with a greeting, which is what I like. 3* - Certainly a let-down compared to other Apple stores, it feels a bit like a half-assed attempt, but some positives for sure.

I even asked one of them to get me a mgr and he said based on what i said I don't need a manager. But then he wouldn't give me his name. I finally found a female mgr and introduced my angry self to her. And she apologised profusely. They just need to include anti racism training. They were more inclined to assist the "Dutch" customers...when apple is worldwide... I'm not one of those people who raises the race card inadvertently...I'm Nigerian. We are all black. We have a warm welcome to anyone who is not (which is how it should be worldwide) However, when I'm spending money and you disrespect me...I don't like it. The product is not free. I worked hard for that money. What I had to buy was less than 2 yrs old, why does it not have longevity? I'm standing there as fat and as blonde as I am and you pass me like you don't notice me.,.say it isn't so? This is a far cry from Apple stores in America. Their enthusiasm level is unrivaled, and contagious. Here, they were all constipated.

I wish I could give a ZERO rating to this guy, my hard drive wasn't showing on my computer at home…read moretherefore I brought it to this shop to check what was the issue, the man asked me to leave my hard drive with him so he can check, left my phone number so he can call me. Around 4 pm on that evening, this man called me to said that he manages to fix my hard drive and I can come to pick up from him tomorrow. I asked him the price and he said 48,50 Euros and that he had to damage my old box and put it in a new box that cost 28.50. I wrote an email to the shop telling the man that although I am happy he fixed the problem he should have called me to tell me about the PRICE so I was informed of the cost and I could agree or reject. I told him I cannot pay for this price. He told me to come to pick up my drive when I pick up my hard drive the man was extremely rude to me. I was going to try to resolve the issue with him in a friendly way but he was totally rude. I took my drive back and paid him nothing. The man gives me my drive without even put it back into his original box, so I was walking around with my driver in my head and it was raining that day. When I got home I checked my item and noticed that my hard drive box wasn't damaged at all, I don't know why he said he needed to replace it. I plug my hard drive and it worked fine, showing on my computer, so this man wanted to scam me there was nothing wrong with my hard drive, ALERT SCAMMER!!!!

And they've been around since 1910 and know their writing instruments, and in a friendly and accessible manner. Actually my penmanship is atrocious and is nothing like the neat and beautifully flowing left-handed writing of my parents. But I still like a good pen for its heft, good feel, comfortable writing, and maybe as a piece of pocket jewelry. At P.W. Now for this particular job the company does not need to log into my computer. I have private information on my computer that I do not trust in the hands of strangers. Rather than showing understanding I was shown the door for my refusal to share my password. "I could get into your machine without a password anyway" I was told, as if that would take away my concerns. Besides, if that were the case, why ask for it? Rude and showing no concern for the desire of your customer. I don't need a stalker-app installed on my computer.
