I was in a pinch needing something for my young boys and did find some pop guns and figurines (that tip over when touched and pop back) for a decent price and they seemed 'French' enough to satisfy me, and hopefully them. The weirdest thing happened as I pivoted on my heel and fell right inside the store. Must have been a weird gravitational well and that gravitational well is "Andie is a sucker for stationery shops". They had SO many goodies - great journals, stationery supplies, cool Japanese pens, and notepads. Basically it was a dream within a dream. My daughter is also afflicted with stationery store fever. Let's just safely say that we both found memorable items to take home and use daily which reminds of us the magical place that is Delfonics.

I saw their new collection and ordered many items for my friend's birthday and some of them were for Christmas presents. The total amount of my order with delivery was 122,80 pounds. I placed my order on the 26 of October. Until now - 6 of December I still haven't received anything. It takes a week with the Royal Mail to get anything from France. Pylones sent the parcel with Chronopost and when I tried to track the parcel it was stuck for days without explanation. I wrote to customer service and they replied that they are checking it with Chronopost. Later I wrote to them again because nothing was happening. They told me there is a problem with the label. I was texting again and again trying to find out when I can get the parcel. They said that Chronopost will send it back to them and they will resend it to me with a different courier. They couldn't and wound't send the same parcel to me instead, they are waiting for Chronopost to return it to them and apparently they have no influence over the delivery service they provide. On the 21 for November they texted saying that they will compensate the shipping costs to me, I've got no money from them still and no confirmation that such payment was made. The whole experience is a disgrace. I didn't get the parcel or the money. They keep promising to send it when they will get it back. I will never order from them again. They ruined beautiful surprises I prepared for my friend and I can't afford to spend the same amount of money twice.

This one is located in the Carrousel du Louvre, which is the mall attached to the Louvre, so it is easy to find. Once inside the store you will be able to find that unique gift you want to give to someone or that item that you never knew you needed. The staff here (and at all Pylones) are always nice, friendly, and helpful. This is a great place to find those truly unique thing that you probably did not know even existed.

Writing seems to be a dying art but this store keeps it alive by selling unique calligraphy pens, notepads and albums. It also has leather goods from day planners, calendars, purses to wallets to duffels. But look at my beautiful find! It's a calligraphy pen from La Kaligrafica! Wow! Murano glass too in a beautiful hue of blue. It is very beautiful. I am ecstatic. See the pics on how it reflects off light! I will use it as soon as I get myself back home to California. The lady that helped us (I wonder if she is the owner because she looks absolutely fab!) was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed browsing around the shop.
