They delivered it on time and we had it all day without any additional fees, they actually picked it up the following day. My 5 year old and her friends absolutely loved the bouncy house with the slide that goes into the small "pool" of water. The gaming hosts were very friendly and professional. They do their best to accommodate you, especially if you have any specific requests like we did.
