They have such a great selection of unique gifts, beautifully curated items and little treasures that make it an easy place to find something for someone else -- or, very realistically, something you suddenly decide you need for yourself. They're also constantly finding creative ways to make reading fun and build a community around books. They offer book challenges, Books of the Month, events, writers' workshops and other programs that make Plenty feel like much more than a store. They are willing to take boxes and boxes of shoes out for you to try! The shoes are fantastic and have helped my back and knees so much. The average price of the shoes is 125.00 since they are made for whatever support you need. The business owner Karen is the best and she is dedicated to getting you the right shoe and even if you can't find one she is more than willing to give you the same amount of time with no pressure. The shop is adorable, the girl working in it was so friendly, and I love the items that I bought! I was shocked at how reasonable all the prices are, especially given the quality of the clothes. I just decided this week to order a few more items from 31 TwentyFive from home (isn't this what we all do in quarantine?). Their customer service is excellent. I live in CT and didn't pick shipping when I placed my order. Ali immediately reached out, as they are doing porch pickup due to Covid-19 and did not want to leave my stuff out if I chose porch pickup by mistake. She is now shipping my items to me in CT. Both times I've been there, I walk though the door and get excited, until I see that the older blonde woman at the front of the store/register just stares at me. She may love her job, but she sure doesn't make anyone feel welcome. Anywho the store had just gotten in a huge shipment of spring things, so there were boxes in the aisles. However, it was exciting to see what was coming out. But from the quality of the clothes (extra thin cotton), it made the clothes look cheap and perhaps after several washes wouldn't hold up. I went there specifically looking for bikinis and underwear. And to my surprise, I hit the jack pot. Lined bikinis were $9.99 (for both). I think the most I saw for a bikini was under $20. Just the day before I'd priced them at Kmart ($16.99 a piece). The quality was about the same. Underwear were 3 for $5. I even spotted a clearance rack with brand new NINE WEST jeans (size 2 only) marked down to $1. I guess that was truly giving them away. What the heck, I bought 'em. I collected my things, headed to the cashier, and without a smile or conversation, the older blonde woman cashed me out. No "thank you" or "have a nice day" once I was done. I am giving this place a 4 for shopping fun, but the older blonde cashier took the ratings to a 2 because she's not in the business of "customer service". Hence, a 3 is the final score. I'll shop there again, but maybe I can time it differently.

They were there for me and charged me for just the batteries! I cannot say enough positive about this shop. When I needed a small diamond put in a pendant, they showed me the man-made and traditional. They recommended the former. It looks just like the traditional for about 1/2 the cost. It was ready as promised. I am not a huge jewelry customer and my needs are simple, but this shop makes me feel special!
