She specializes in headshots and branding and her finished product is very professional and natural looking without photoshop and filters (see my profile pic). She knows what she's doing and she doesn't rush you. Appointments can be made and cancelled online and she sends reminders for appointments but does not spam you with reminders. I would totally recommend her. The reason that she received four stars instead is five is because I didn't receive the proofs when they were promised - it was a few days later.
