So if you are trying to find the butterfly boutique, on the upper floor of the dolphin centre head past Wilkinson towards the car park and its on your left. I think it is due to its location that it gets a lot of its business as I have said to people Butterfly boutique and know one knows what I am going on about. The store sell women's accessories with some clothes but it is its Costume jewellery that we go for they have a wide range of earrings necklaces and rings all of which look real and are very impressive. To me it is always nice to have some jewellery that looks fantastic but doesn't cost the earth if you are going out for an evening.then I don't have to worry about loosing it. Assistants I have met have always been friendly and helpful. They let you get on with browsing but are always willing to advise. Well worth a visit.

Appalling Customer Service…read more My wife purchased a dress from here late on Saturday afternoon, that looks very different away from the store lighting, not a fresh taupe colour but quite grubby grey. I took it back to the store 5 working hours later for a refund and was told that there is a "no refund" policy. The owner took great pride in telling me that this policy is shown everywhere. Actually it is in two places; firstly on the bottom of the receipt which they actually print out from their till, fold it and put it in a cardboard envelope before giving to you (doesn't that mean you have already purchased it???) and secondly on a sticker in the changing rooms which my wife didn't see as there were loads of clothes, scarves and accessories hanging over it. (Not hers). At no point when my wife handed over her card to pay did they mention it either; this feels like they have proactively hidden their no return "policy" and we feel conned! Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and now they have the money, they don't give a damm. We will never shop here again and the only recommendation I can make is to stay away!

The store itself is set out nicely with going out and smart sections down to casual everyday tops etc. all at fair prices. At the back of the store are the fitting rooms. Unlike some stores in the vicinity there are plenty of them and are manned by staff at all times. Beside the fitting rooms are the shoes and accessories. This is where this branch holds its own there is a great selection and I have found their shoes to be comfortable and reasonably priced. I have never had any problems with the staff in all my years of shopping there I have always found them happy to help. I would say that at busy times such as Saturdays and late night Christmas shopping it does get busy and there does tend to be queues so be warned. But over all this is a clean and tidy shop with great prices and a nice range of clothing.

Attracted by the belly dancing belts outside (a story for another time), I entered a cosy haven full of chat, stories and laughter. Stock is a mixture of never worn chain store stuff and some vintage finds. I spotted no designer labels on the clothing, but then I wasn't looking at the tiny sizes and this isn't London. The trick here is carefully sort through the rails and enjoy every moment. You'll never know what you'll get. Roma also buys in new things for the seasons, which I haven't seen elsewhere. An example were the knitted capes with big buttons that come in several colours, and the shrugs like spider webs. The shop holds clothing, shoes, hats, handbags and the afore mentioned new belly dancing outfits, in a range of sizes. Condition is all good and Roma and her sister are knowledgeable about clothing care, what goes with what, Trinny and Susannah style shaping and so on. They're also amenable to giving good discounts if you buy a quantity. I spent the same amount of money on 5 outfits as I would have done on one in an ordinary shop. A couple of hours and several complete kit-outs later, leaving my bags with Roma to look after (another aspect of her service), I dived tired but happy into the coffee shop across the road for cappuccino and Dorset apple cake.
