Most recently, "Tony" finished a laundry room remodel. The laundry room remodel included installation of new ceramic tile flooring, replumbing of washing machine connections, installation of a new fireproof door to our garage as well as installation of new cabinetry. The attention to detail and quality of finish was excellent through all phases of the work. Dealing with Tony and his staff was a breeze. It started with Tony providing us a detailed cost estimate and scope of work for our project. He worked with us to refine the estimate to make sure we ended up with the components and finishes we would be happy with and within our budget. Tony is an excellent communicator. He explains options, describes the construction process and is always willing to answer questions. Tony's crew are very professional and courteous to deal with. They are neat in their work. The work site is left clean and tidy after each work day. It is also important to note that Tony is totally reliable when it comes to meeting scope and schedule for projects. When a schedule is agreed upon, Tony meets that schedule. Finally, there are no surprises when the final bill is presented. Tony keeps track of costs and finishes within budget. We cannot recommend Tony highly enough. He sets the standard for household remodeling and construction projects.

This company did Roof repair on 2 units of our HOA in 2018…read more 2 years later, we had a leak come through the Roof in one of the units. After telephone calls to have them come back and inspect, we have not received a call or email back for help to come and check out the work. They also never returned any of my calls after the initial repair on other work we discussed. Along with the shoddy work on the roof, the customer service is terrible and unprofessional. I would never used them again or refer them to anyone! BEWARE! No rates here.

He did the job via long distance. We met with him while we were there. He started work after we left. He sent us photos. We sent him photos. We had conference calls and it worked like a dream. All 3 bathrooms required custom cabinetry. All 3 are gorgeous! He even used a special spray paint on the cabinets that I didn't know about and it was so slick looking. We loved it! Since we couldn't get back to the house for several months we went ahead and paid him in full. When we got to the house we found a few minor things that still needed to be done. It's a great spot of find a little piece of iron art to take home with you. NOTE: you got to be looking for the small white building off the side of the road. He put the cabinets in crooked and made a bunch of excuses such as it was the floor that was at too much of a slant, mostly so he wouldn't have to fix it when I requested. I had to have another contractor come into to put my toe kick in because he said he wouldn't do it until I re did my entire floor which would cost me $5000. After he was paid, he then stopped answering my texts and requests to help with adjusting the cabinets.
