They left a HUGE pile of branches, limbs and debris in the front yard, promising they would take them away. But after I paid them, and after saying several times they would, they left the piles there and wanted more money to take them away. They did the exact same thing to our next door neighbor. This is not an honest crew and I would never trust them again. Now we have 2 very large truckloads of trash to get rid of somehow, and so does our neighbor!

His response to my call was quick. He came and gave a price for the 3 trees which was approved and he was to back in 2 weeks. He was a no show. I called him and he said he was behind due to storm damage but would be there first of following week. Again no calls about coming or any follow up So in month and a half he only responded to the call for estimatess. All other contact was from calling him, only for empty promises. This company has many excellent reviews on Google. 4.9 rating. Guess he just estimated a job he did not want to do. Wish he had said that 6.5 was ago, rather being a no show, no communication. Glad he gets 4.9 on Google from clients he follows up on.

From the onset, Joe (the owner) promptly responded to our request for a quote, booked an appointment and arrived on time..always a good sign of a companies professionalism. Joe and his crew took great care to ensure that all the trees were removed safely with as minimal damage as possible to our existing landscaping. They cleaned up all the debris that was created during the tree/stump removal and the experience was second to the none.
